About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering clinical services, providing supervision to unlicensed clinicians, reviewing clinical documentation, assessing clinician performance, and collaborating with community agencies. You will also assist with intake and referral management, and support the Clinic Director in various administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
- Valid independent clinical license.
- Minimum of three years post-licensure experience.
- Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.
- Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Preferred:
- Post graduate training in clinical supervision.
- Knowledge of current standards and practices of psychiatric care.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in mental health.
