About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will lead and inspire a team, develop treatment plans, collaborate with clinicians, and provide parent training while remaining hands-on with client care. You will also play a key role in shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
Preferred:
- Experience in supervising Behavior Interventionists
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
