Summary

About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will manage direct care staff and oversee the implementation of in-home treatment plans. You will complete intake assessments, support new staff through orientation, and provide weekly clinical supervision. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule and emphasizes the use of evidence-based practices to promote family strengths.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
- Independent NY state licensure (LCSW) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience in quality management.
