Summary
LifeWorks NW is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Crisis to provide clinical and administrative oversight to various crisis programs at their Hawthorn site in Hillsboro, OR.
About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, Crisis, you will oversee day-to-day operations of crisis programs, provide clinical services, support a multi-disciplinary team, respond to mental health emergencies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with agency guidelines. You will also be responsible for staff supervision, performance evaluations, and program development.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Mental Health related field.
- Valid and active QMHP credential certification through MHACBO or a valid and active status with an approved Oregon licensing board.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
Preferred:
- Experience with a broad range of clinical interventions and mental health assessments with children and individuals with severe mental illness.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create safety plans.
Benefits
- $84,498-$102,690 annual salary.
- Full benefits including a $7.50 per hour shift differential for Sunday hours.
