Summary
Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves overseeing, managing, and supervising clinical services and staff dedicated to providing treatment services to clients.
About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading all facets of clinical program service delivery, including budgeting, marketing, staff recruitment, and supervision. Your daily tasks will include providing clinical and operational supervision, ensuring high-quality clinical services, and participating in strategic planning activities. You will also lead staff meetings, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee evidence-based practice training.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in human services discipline, including Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- At least two years’ experience working with children.
Preferred:
- Experience in supervising staff.
- Family Centered Treatment and/or Fostering Solutions Certification.
- Active professional licensure or eligible and on track to obtain professional licensure.
