About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor III, you will partner with the Clinic Administrator to implement NHMG goals, organize the clinical environment, and coordinate teams to provide effective care. You will supervise 20 or more FTEs and lead the healthcare team by establishing relationships with patients and collaborating with physicians to create individualized care plans. Your responsibilities will include managing care provision, monitoring team performance, and promoting employee and customer satisfaction.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
Three years of nursing experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
Excellent human relation skills and effective communication skills.

Preferred:

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate personal computer and complete Leader Education and training.
