About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring clinic services are provided safely and efficiently, managing clinical staff, and participating in direct patient care activities. You will oversee the delivery of care, evaluate staffing needs, and ensure compliance with clinical documentation. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning for future expansion and maintain clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.

About You

Required:

Bachelor of Arts or Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.
Registered Nurse - PA certification.
5+ years of experience as a professional nurse.
3+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Preferred:

Experience in strategic planning for clinical services.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
