- BSN required.
- 1 year charge nurse experience preferred.
- 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in specialty preferred.
- Successful completion of unit specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, chemotherapy certification, etc.) preferred.
- Member of professional practice organization pertinent to area of practice preferred.
