About the Role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for daily management of KPIs, supporting field staff, handling verbal orders, and ensuring quality patient experiences. You will also manage patient episodes at risk for LUPA status and maintain clinician productivity within organizational standards.
About You
Required:
- LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
- Possess and maintain CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a home care setting.
- Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
