About the Role
As a Clinical Systems Coordinator, you will serve as the primary gatekeeper for clinical documentation, manage the unlocking and unsigning process for session notes, analyze billing discrepancies, oversee participant profiles, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also conduct audits and interface with clinicians to enforce organizational procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, medical billing, or a health-related field.
- 1-2 years' experience working in a clinical setting.
- 1-2 years' experience working directly with EHR systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with system updates, module rollouts, or data migration.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, payroll administration, or revenue cycle management.
