About the Role
As a Clinical Therapist I, you will work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to assess patients' psychosocial needs, develop treatment plans, provide effective behavioral health treatment, and collaborate with patients and families for comprehensive care. You will also maintain documentation, adhere to licensure regulations, and assist in emergencies while ensuring patient confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of work experience in Social Work or related fields.
- Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention theory and its application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working under supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of disease management and treatment techniques.
