About the Role
As a Clinical Therapist, you will facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with clients to create personalized paths to recovery. You will work closely with the care team to ensure an integrative approach to mental health and substance use treatment while helping families work toward their goals.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice therapy in the state of Wisconsin.
- Expertise in Social Work and Case Management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Psychology and Mental Health practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Family Therapy, with skills in fostering communication and strengthening family dynamics.
- Experience working with populations affected by substance use disorders.
