The Barry Robinson Center is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their mission-driven team in Norfolk, VA. The role involves performing complex diagnostic assessments, providing therapy, and delivering comprehensive clinical case management.
About the Role
As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy, responding to crises, and managing a caseload of six residents. You will also participate in discharge planning and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with center policies. The position offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in a Human Services curriculum.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Virginia.
Minimum 3 years of clinical and clinical administrative experience.
Experience working with children aged 11-17.
Preferred:
