As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, and performing crisis intervention. About You
Required:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Active Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW).
2-5 years of experience in mental health or substance use treatment.
Valid driver's license and clean background checks.

Training in First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation.
Strong communication skills and rapport-building ability.
