About the Role
As a Clinical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other practitioners in outpatient settings. Your responsibilities will include recommending treatment plans, participating in case conferences, integrating patient health with behavioral health, and providing client education on recovery strategies. This position is full-time and offers a hybrid TeleHealth and in-office work environment.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Human Service field (e.g. Social Work, Counseling, LCMHC or LCSW).
- Cognitive behavior therapy skills.
- Licensure/certification/registration in NC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR programs.
- Confidence to work independently.
Preferred:
- Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients.
