Summary
SystImmune is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join their team in Princeton, NJ. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of clinical studies and ensuring compliance with clinical trial processes.
About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will assist the clinical operations project team in managing clinical trial processes, including planning, execution, and closeout of outsourced clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include developing meeting agendas, participating in team meetings, supporting study start-up activities, tracking subject recruitment, and maintaining essential documents. You will also assist in risk assessment activities and ensure effective communication within the project team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products and clinical trial systems.
Preferred:
- 2 years of research experience.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Located in NJ or able to commute to Princeton, NJ.
