About the Role
As a Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Response Team, you will be responsible for delivering individual, family, and group counseling, as well as case management for clients. You will utilize evidence-based practices, assess risk statuses, create personalized service plans, and engage in outreach efforts. The position requires participation in supervision, staff meetings, and crisis coverage, with a schedule that includes after-hours work as needed.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage Family Therapy (MFT), or Clinical Counseling (MPCC).
- Registered with the BBS as an Associate ASW or Licensed LCSW/Associate MFT or Licensed LMFT.
- 2 years of social service experience.
- Valid California driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in a threshold language.
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services.
