- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BS/BSN) or a Master's degree in Nursing if the BS degree is not in nursing.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the practicing state.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- National Certification.
- Experience in mentoring and precepting nursing staff.
