About the Role
As a Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Response Program, you will be responsible for dispatching and responding to crises referred by 911/988, working closely with mobile teams and law enforcement to de-escalate situations. Your duties will include providing counseling, creating service plans, assessing risk status, and documenting all interactions in accordance with regulatory policies. The position requires participation in supervision, staff meetings, and training as needed.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage Family Therapy (MFT), or Clinical Counseling (MPCC).
- Registered with the BBS as an Associate ASW or Licensed LCSW/Associate MFT or Licensed LMFT.
- 2 years of social service experience.
- Valid California driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in a threshold language.
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services.
