Pacific Clinics is seeking a Clinician I to join their team in Los Gatos, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for children and youth at risk of higher levels of care due to behavioral issues.
About the Role
As a Clinician I, you will work with limited supervision to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical leadership. You will coordinate therapeutic activities in the community and ensure documentation meets appropriate standards. The position requires you to facilitate the design and implementation of evidence-based treatment while working directly with children and families.
About You
Required:
Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
One (1) year of supervised clinical experience with children.
Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
Licensed according to California state law or become licensed within the designated time frame.
Preferred:
Two (2) to three (3) years of clinical experience with children.
Training in domestic violence, physical/sexual child abuse, and trauma.
Experience with culturally diverse populations.
Bilingual communication skills in another language.
