Hope is seeking a Clinician to join their Illinois Crisis Prevention Network team in Chicago, IL. The role involves providing guidance and consultation for individuals with developmental disabilities experiencing emotional, behavioral, and social disorders.
About the Role
As a Clinician, you will respond to referrals, maintain care standards, provide crisis services, complete documentation, analyze treatment data, conduct observations, collaborate with community agencies, and participate in team meetings. You will also implement training for families and providers, participate in professional development, and engage in special projects.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field.
- Full licensure.
- Specialized knowledge in Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or Mental Illness.
- Ability to implement crisis interventions and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analytic principles.
- Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy and/or dialectical behavior therapy.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
