About the Role
As a Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions. You will maintain thorough documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of care plans. Active participation in team meetings and engagement with patients’ families or support systems is also expected.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge and experience in clinical assessment, mental health counseling, and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engage in case consultations.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinician (e.g., LCSW, LADC, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) in Massachusetts.
- Master’s degree (or enrolled) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health treatment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to supporting individuals in their recovery.
