As a Closing Manager, you will lead daily operations while upholding brand and regulatory standards, supervise staff to build a positive team, deliver the proprietary Wonder of Learning program, engage with families and the community, and maintain a safe environment for children and staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching in early childhood education and in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience, and credential requirements.
Preferred:
- A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.
- Ability to work either full-time or part-time hours.
