Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support 5th generation aircraft by building a comprehensive data stack for data storage, transformation, and visualization, focusing on AWS development.
About the Role
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting AWS services. Your role will involve implementing AWS IAM policies, working in Agile Scrum environments, and utilizing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will also work with AWS Data Stack components such as S3, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation, and apply Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience using AWS
Experience implementing, managing, and assisting with designing AWS IAM policies and roles
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control such as GitLab
Experience with AWS Data Stack, including S3, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation
Knowledge of Terraform and CloudFormation or IAC tools
Ability to work independently and in teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Security+ Certification
Preferred:
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
