Summary
Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) is seeking a Cloud Network and Computer Systems Architect – Advanced to join their team in Patuxent River, MD. The role involves designing and implementing computer and information networks for a Department of Defense (DoD) client.
About the Role
As a Cloud Network and Computer Systems Architect – Advanced, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various types of networks, performing network emulation and virtualization, and ensuring network security measures. You will also be involved in system software installation and upgrades, as well as recommending hardware and software solutions.
About You
Required:
- Graduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience OR
- High school diploma or GED with CNSSI/NTSSI 4015/4016 certifications and 7+ years of relevant experience OR
- High school diploma or GED with Active CSWF Code 451, 651, 652 certifications or CISSP and CASP+ and 7+ years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a DoD or government agency environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of AWS GovCloud or Microsoft Azure
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred:
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Experience in cloud-based data hosting solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous customer service experience
