About the Role
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will act as the voice of the customer, building relationships with technical decision-makers, delivering trusted technical advice, and ensuring customer readiness. You will collaborate across teams to achieve customer objectives, manage business and technical risks, and contribute to the identification of new opportunities for cloud success. Your responsibilities will include delivering solutions aligned with company methodologies, focusing on customer experience, and driving growth of solution utilization pipelines with partners.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 3+ years experience.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).
