About the Role
As a CMC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming CNC milling machines, performing tooling machining, providing manufacturing support, and coordinating workload to meet production requirements. You will also be involved in machine/process design improvements, estimating production times and costs, visualizing parts from sketches, directing fabrication activities, operating manual machines, training others, and maintaining machine tools.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- Vocational or on-the-job training in machine operations & CNC programming.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of quality systems and QC methods; LEAN Manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical data, blueprints, engineering sketches, etc.
