- Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification, or proof of enrollment/completion in an approved training program.
- Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Compassionate with excellent bedside manner.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to safely perform job-related duties.
