Summary
Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) is seeking experienced Caregivers (CNA's) to join their team in Derwood, MD. The role involves providing essential care and support to seniors, ensuring their independence and well-being.
About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, including basic companion care such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation, as well as personal care tasks like incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. You will work flexible shifts, ranging from 1 to 16 hours, including weekends and nights, to meet the needs of the clients.
About You
Required:
- At least one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a home setting or Assisted Living.
- CNA/GNA certification in the state of Maryland.
- Spanish speaking with proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Experience in providing personal care services.
