About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide quality care to guests, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. You will attend to individual needs, maintain skin integrity, perform tasks assigned by the floor nurse, document care provided, and ensure infection control practices are followed. You will also communicate effectively with guests, families, and staff, and participate in departmental meetings.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or experience as a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR).
- Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care.
