About the Role
As a CNA - Inpatient Nights, you will be responsible for delivering direct personal care to hospice patients, including bathing, turning, and oral hygiene. You will follow the aide care plan, ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, and maintain a consistent level of care. Your duties will also include timely patient visits, communication with the primary nurse, and participation in staff meetings.
About You
Required:
- Arkansas Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one year experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with terminally ill patients.
- Valid Driver's License and current auto liability insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in providing care to terminally ill patients.
- Ability to cope with human suffering and emergencies.
- Strong personal and professional ethics.
