Atrium Health Floyd is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Cardiac Stepdown unit, working full-time nights in Rome, GA. The role involves providing essential patient care and maintaining a supportive environment for patients.
About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Cardiac Stepdown unit, you will perform duties to support patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing supportive care to patients across various units, and participating in performance improvement activities. You will work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the comfort and well-being of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute.
Completed course of instruction from an acceptable training school or equivalent training.
Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
BCLS certified.
Preferred:
One year of experience as a CNA.
