About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), you will be responsible for the care of residents in a designated area of the facility. Your duties will include following the interdisciplinary Care Plan, providing restorative care, maintaining cleanliness in resident areas, and communicating effectively with licensed staff. You will also document care provided and attend required meetings.
About You
Required:
- Must have and maintain a C.N.A. certification.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
- Must be enrolled in a certification program before employment begins.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to organize and supervise care for a group of residents.
- Good emotional, mental, and physical health.
- Willingness to provide emergency care as needed.
