About the Role
As a CNA, you will provide quality care to assigned residents, assist with activities of daily living, document restorative nursing programs, and maintain residents' rights and confidentiality. You will follow established procedures for quality assurance and safety, report resident needs to the Charge Nurse, and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the mission of Grace Brethren Village.
About You
Required:
- State Tested Nurse Aide certificate.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
