About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will support residents with activities of daily living, promote comfort and dignity, observe and report changes in condition, and contribute to a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment. You will work a set schedule of 32 hours a week but get paid for 40 hours, enjoying an extra day off each week.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with nursing assistants and nursing administration.
Preferred:
- Organized with the ability to maintain accuracy and possess computer experience.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with staff, residents, and family members in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner.
