About the Role
As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, and continence programs. You will provide companionship and emotional support, coordinate activities that promote social engagement, observe and report changes in residents' conditions, and support residents with mobility needs.
About You
Required:
- KANSAS Certification as a CNA.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to senior care.
- Ability to observe and monitor resident conditions effectively.
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or personal assistance.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices.
- Basic understanding of vital sign monitoring.
