About the Role
As a Resident Care Aide, you will report to the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse, providing personal care services for residents, documenting care, preparing shift change logs, and responding to emergency calls. You will also assist with housekeeping duties, dining room services, and activities programs while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
About You
Required:
- Must have a valid C.N.A. license or HHA certificate.
- Must understand the physical and emotional needs of elders and enjoy working with them.
