About the Role
As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You will provide respectful, person-centered care, support residents in social programs and dining, prepare and serve meals, communicate changes in condition to nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification.
- CPR/AED certification.
Preferred:
- Two years of CNA experience, especially in long-term care.
- Compassion, dependability, and strong teamwork skills.
