- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of machine shop experience, including two years of CNC or Swiss experience.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints.
- Experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
