About the Role
As a CNC Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tools and related equipment. You will partner with operators to validate repairs, read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Your work will contribute to the high-quality production of aviation components in a collaborative environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, manuals, and schematics for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to use testing equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Ability to perform tasks conforming to all safety regulations and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Familiarity with advanced test and measurement tools.
