About the Role
As a CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will be responsible for designing and developing accurate programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring precision in machining operations. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, read blueprints, and work with G&M code to meet production requirements.
About You
Required:
- 5-7 years of machinist experience.
- Accredited apprenticeship or equivalent training in machine shop practices.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including geometric, algebraic, and trigonometric.
- Experience with G&M code and CNC machining equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
Preferred:
- Experience with conversational controls.
- Ability to calculate feeds and speeds.
