About the Role
As a CNC Machinist - Profile Grinder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Profile Grinding machines, ensuring conformance to specifications using precision measuring devices, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Your daily tasks will include programming machines, performing first piece inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement processes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in Profile Grinding.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Experience with precision measuring devices such as CMM, height gauges, and micrometers.
Preferred:
- Journeyman Certification or educational equivalent.
- Knowledge of the metric system.
- CAM knowledge and programming experience.
