About the Role
As a CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, specifically focusing on plastic injection molds. You will work in a team-oriented environment, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes. The position requires night shift availability from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and includes responsibilities such as performing machine set-ups, operating overhead cranes, and maintaining a safe working environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three to five years experience programming CNC machines.
- Knowledge and experience in plastic injection molds.
- Experience running Makino, Fidia, or DMG machines.
- Ability to perform set-ups and operate overhead cranes.
Preferred:
- Tebis experience.
- Experience or knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
- Familiarity with performance of 2D operations and experience with 3D surfaces.
- Background in laser tool settings and machine macros.
