About the Role
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will set up and operate a Horizontal Boring Mill, perform daily maintenance on equipment, use manual measurement tools to verify dimensions, and handle materials for fabrication. You will also need to operate additional machines as required to meet production demands.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of machining experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs.
- Demonstrate an employee-owner mindset with strong decision-making and accountability.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred:
- Programming knowledge is a plus (training available).
- Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred.
- Familiarity with alloy steel machining required.
