About the Role
As a CNC Mill Operator / Setup, you will be responsible for performing machine setups, operating CNC mills, adjusting speeds and feeds, monitoring tool wear, and ensuring quality control through inspections. You will work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs on schedule while adhering to safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in CNC machine operation and setup.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience.
- Experience with HAAS controls.
- Ability to perform setups with minimal supervision.
