About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a CNC Operator/Programmer or CNC/Machinist Technician program or certificate; or a minimum of 10 years of skilled experience in CNC Programming.
- Ability to train and mentor other CNC Operator/Programmer trainees.
- Experience in the prototype or tool & die trade.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to interpret blueprints and CAD data.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience with MasterCam and Solidworks software.
- Proven mechanical inclination and general math knowledge.
- Ability to pass written and practical tests for forklift/hi-lo and crane licenses.
