About the Role

As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating mills and lathes, performing machining operations from blueprints and engineering diagrams, and conducting quality checks on your work. You will also interact with engineering personnel, participate in ongoing improvement processes, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

About You

Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience as an overall machinist operator.
3-5 years of experience operating a mill and lathe.
High School Diploma (Associates Preferred).
Ability to work 40 hours a week.

Preferred:

Experience with MRP systems and engineering software programs (Anvil/SolidWorks).
CNC knowledge and skills.
Basic computer skills.
