About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using WorkNC and/or PowerMill software.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
- Ability to make independent, technical, and tactical decisions.
- Experience with optimizing machining processes and reducing cycle times.
