About the Role
As a CNC Programmer-Operator, you will be responsible for translating product design criteria into machine requirements, creating and modifying CNC programs, documenting all programs accurately, collaborating with manufacturing management, and conducting inspections and maintenance activities. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of programming and machining experience in a tool shop or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work from written or verbal instructions and detailed engineering drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in precision machining, technologies, or related field.
- Experience with manufacturing criteria data such as drawings and specifications.
