About the Role
As a CNC Programmer, you will work directly with the Manufacturing Manager, Machine Operators, and Engineering teams to produce effective programs, maintain machine operations, and ensure production targets are met. Your responsibilities will include programming in Mastercam, operating 2-3 axis mills/turning, using CAD in Solidworks, interpreting blueprints, selecting tools and fixtures, organizing programs, conducting first run prove outs, and revising programs for improvements.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical school or college education is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of machining experience with at least 4 years in programming.
- Ability to work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to maintain machining schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
